By using Grindstone Interactive's games and services ("Services"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
Use of Services: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Don't share your credentials.
Acceptable Conduct: Don't cheat, exploit bugs maliciously, harass other players, or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Content: Game content is generated in part by AI. We do our best to keep it appropriate, but AI output can be unpredictable. Play at your own discretion.
Intellectual Property: All game content, code, art, and systems are owned by Grindstone Interactive. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Disclaimer: Services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Privacy Policy

What we collect: Account information (email, display name), gameplay data (progress, choices, stats), and basic analytics (device type, session length).
How we use it: To run the game, save your progress, improve our services, and fix bugs. We don't sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and Groq for AI inference. These services have their own privacy policies.
Data retention: We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting us.
Security: We use industry-standard security practices, but no system is perfectly secure. Use strong, unique passwords.
Children: Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
